Rhythm Heaven Pack

This is a work in progress resource pack that adds in stuff from Nintendo's series Rhythm Heaven! I'm looking for more ideas so if you have one feel free to write it in the comments! This pack currently adds:

- The Stepswitcher set, based off of the minigame Lockstep and replacing the Clown set. Bach version not included.
- Perfect Medal, replacing the Star Hairpin. The only perfect you need to obtain this is perfect luck from the Travelling Merchant
