Thrall / Zombie stats and hidden bonuses post 3.0 (spreadsheets)
By Xevyr
This guide contains links to Google Sheets listing the relevant stats of ALL potential human thrall followers so you can compare them and find out which one is the best thrall for you. It also has a separate list of the "zombified" version of these thralls so you can see how the source NPC influences the Zombie from the Shallow Grave

Damage Multipliers
So, like the title suggests..

Conan has some hidden damage multipliers for follower thralls based on the type of weapon they use (melee or ranged)
These multipliers typically have more of an effect on the capabilities of your thrall than anything you can see ingame on their stat pages since some of the values are quite extreme.

For example you might have noticed that Bearers typically do very low damage in combat? That's because most of them have a damage multiplier below or around 0.2 which means their weapon damage gets multiplied by that number and their final damage is actually less than what is written on the weapon itself.

Here is the spreadsheet with the updated multipliers in 3.0[docs.google.com]

Enjoy! :)
Zombified thralls
Since then I also made a list of how the Zombie version of those thralls would look like. Both spreadsheets contain Notes in the header if you hover to further explain the details.

Here's the "What if I was a Zombie" spreadsheet[docs.google.com] that should give you a clear picture of how the source NPC influences the zombie outcome in the shallow grave

Thanks! Great resource. (Updated for Age of War, for anyone wondering).

Improves on the Wiki T4 charts with the additions of damage-per-point of strength/agility and HP-per-point of vitality. We could figure the latter from the wiki only by dividing the initial “Bonus Vitality” by the starting vitality points. If the thrall has no starting vitality, it’d be a mystery unless you captured and leveled one and saw for yourself.

All I can think of that might complete the picture would be adding the armor-per-grit values, and maybe more significantly, the ranges for attribute growth% chance for each attribute, as well as the overall “pool” of growth% chance across all four stats. I’m assuming this total pool, only briefly mentioned on the wiki. still varies by race/faction. In addition to the other crazy over-tuning the chart shows for the current state of Darfaris, in-game they also seem to have greatly higher growth% chances across multiple attributes.

Absolutely essential resource for deciding which thralls to "recruit".

By the way, in case you were wondering, these are still valid for Chapter 2
