Swiss Generic Portraits

Description
Compatibility submod for those without Waking the Tiger available here.

This mod also requires that the free Anniversary Pack DLC be enabled.

Adds three new vanilla-style generic portraits available for Switzerland. The portraits are of:
  • Oberstdivisionär Ivo Gugger
  • Oberstkorpskommandant (Colonel commandant de corps) Louis de Montmollin
  • Oberstdivisionär Franz Wey

All colourisation has been done by me, with help and advice from the members of the Artist Discord Server. If you want to use my art, please read the Readme at Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360\2868618551 after subscribing, which is located in whichever drive you installed HOI4 on.

Compatibility
  • Achievement and multiplayer compatible
  • Probably compatible with By Blood Alone
  • Compatible with Helvetia
  • Compatible with any mod that doesn't change the generic portraits available to Switzerland
    • Not compatible with mods like Road to 56 and New Ways, which add their own generic European portraits
      • I will not be making compatibility submods for these

Notes
This mod is only a small part of my ultimate Switzerland mod, which will feature in-depth and more historically-accurate content for Switzerland than BBA or any other mods. Don't expect it to release any earlier than late 2023.

In addition to this mod, I have several other minimods saved up that I plan to release in the near future. Keep an eye out for them.

Thank you, and thanks for the offer, but an aim of this mod is to keep the uniforms accurate to Switzerland during the HOI4 time period. I'm planning to add several more portraits to this later (I've got a bunch of photos saved already), so I don't really need to use portraits from other countries.

Hi,
Excellent work!
I'm currently working on generic portraits myself. At some point, I'll rework the French ones. I thought about using them as a base for generic portraits for other armies who wore kepis, like Luxemburg, Norway, Chile, and of course Switzerland.
If you want some additional Swiss generic portrait, without having to start from scratch, this is an option.
