More precisely, in the specifications of Windows 10 or so, as the number of mods increases, if the 'page pool memory' setting is not set to low, a bouncing phenomenon will occur.

For this reason, this method is the best to increase the 'Shader detail' setting.

Does this mean the "shiny"/"wet" effect only works if I set Paged Memory to Low?
