[Abandoned] ACOT Starbases X Expanded Starbases 3.8

Note: as it is much more simple to add compatibility to the buildings and modules since Stellaris 3.9, I don't feel the need to maintain this mod as the various starbase authors now only have a few lines of code to change to add support to ACOT.

This mod allows a selection of Expanded Starbases' buildings to be built on ACOT's precursor starbases. It also adds the bastion starbases to the list of valid targets for precursor starbase construction.

Note that I merged in some fixes from Ariphaos patch and Starnet AI so the buildings might work slightly differently from Expanded Starbases, but for the better.

To add compatibility to your own buildings (and modules), you must add this trigger in your possible check:

is_precursor_starbase = yes

Do NOT use this mod with:
- The Empty Vagrant as it has its own way to build ships.
