Description
Beefs up starbases and orbital rings, and introduces new buildings and modules. Please see the discussion post for a full list of features.

General Features
- New level of starbase and orbital rings
- Starbases and orbital rings get additional weapon slots, including titanic weapons at the highest level
- New modules, including larger weapon modules and science modules
- Many new buildings, such as Patrol Offices to better protect trade, and Atmospheric Manipulator to improve the habitability of your planets
- Changes to existing modules and buildings
- New starbase related techs

Mod Compatability
This mod requires Universal Modifier Patch
This mod requires UI Overhaul, or an equivalent mod

This mod is not compatible with mods that add new levels of starbases. If you wish to use these mods together, you will need the no bastion patch:

Random question.. How did you modify the file to add X slot weapons to starbases? I play around with the values to better suit my playstyle and I just want to add a single X slot to a Citadel and I can't get it to work for the life of me. I've managed to work out adding L slots no problem, it's only the X slots that are giving me trouble.n

That happens. Sometimes you need to unsubscribe and resubscribe to force an update.

Thanks! In my file they were all the old sizes, maybe it just didn't update properly.

I thought I already fixed that, but it looks like I missed the fission reactor. Should be fixed now.

Hey! I've been enjoying this mod. Just to note, your reactor size overwrites currently break the fix Paradox did to the Battlecruisers from Cosomogenesis so that they have enough power to be fully outfitted. They changed their reactors to give titan-level power output.

For some reason your mod blocks the Cordyceptic Reanimation Facility and the Tiyanki Observation building doesn't provide resurection

@Smug Saber I've noticed with the whole Starbases not using the T slot, I believe it has to do with power supply. Even a max one is not enough to fuel it, the only time I saw it use a T slot weapon on a starbase was when I went cosmogenesis and it had the Dark Matter reactor, only then did it use one.

Hello, I am making a mod to hide useless stuff from UI (like anchorages, etc.),

I'm running into issues of needing to fully implement 3 extra ship sizes with all their models in GFX. I don't have much modding experience and even less when it deals with stuff that is not explained well.

Do you know a way to make the upgrade to the next tier of starbase cost nothing without making a new ship set?

To further add to the below;
I just tested a few more times. One game it worked fine without any clear reason why. The others it did not.

One thing I noticed is when it's not working the starbase refuses to upgrade tier 3 shields to tier 5, I'm not sure if tech has something to do with it? But when it refuses to add T slots to the starbase the shields are stuck at 3, despite the starbase being maxed out

So I've done a little experimenting and confused myself more

Using ONLY this mod (plus required and UI dynamic)
the same happens. the starbases will not populate the T slot with a weapon. The X slot works fine on starbases, but the X AND T slots do not populate on rings, despite I'm sure it did work before. I have no idea what could be breaking this when I'm only using this mod and the required ones along with it.

When using other mods with it, the exact same happens, no matter where in the load order I put them, I simply cannot get the starbase T or the ring X and T to populate with any weapons
