SMART ANCHOR SYSTEM


The Austyr SMAS. A controller that helps changing anchoring from a boring chore into a fun activity! (sort of)
It makes your life at sea easier by deciding wich anchor should it drop, controlling the winching process and giving you information about how your anchoring process is going. And all you need to do is press a button!

UNDERSTANDING THE USER INTERFACE:

-when the circle is grey, your anchor is currently aboard your ship and the system is standing by.

-After pressing anywhere on the screen, the circle starts to blink yellow and the arrow pointing down will light up. This shows that your anchor is currently travelling down to the seabed.

-A yellow progression bar will show up on the bottom of the interface, showing you where your anchor is on its way.

-When it reaches the seabed and the mag alls locked it down, a green circle will indicate that the winching has been completed.

-When pressed again, the whole process starts again, see number 2 and 3 listed above.

-If the water is too deep for your selected winch, you will see a red circle lighting up and you'll hear a warning buzzer. Move into shallower waters abd try again.

SETUP:

-Copy and paste the demo to your ship.

-Move the yellow components to their place, or connect the sensors on your ship if you already have them.

-You can use your own winch and anchor design, just make sure to select the correct winch type by clicking on the main controller in the selection tool, and also most importantly put one secondary controller(yellow microcontroller ON the demo anchor) to your anchor.

-Only works with 1x1 monitors!

-You're all set up and ready to go, enjoy! ;D
