(1) Download these 2 files REMEMBER you need WinRAR to unzip these files

(2) After unzipping them, copy or cut both files and take them to this path of your file explorer, If you have the default path of Steam go to this path your local files of your game.

if you don't have the game there go to to your library, select the game with right click and go to "EXPLORE LOCAL FILES"
