Overwatch Killsound (Eliminated) Common Infected

Description
This addon overlays the Overwatch Eliminated sound effect over the default common infected death noises.

This mod was inspired by a mod that overlays the Apex Legends knockdown sound effect to special infected death sounds, here: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2587363669.

@tools guy-kun there's a similar mod that only affects SI, but it's Apex Legends-themed (it's the Apex kill sound SFX). steam://openurl/https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2587363669

any chance this could be ported to just SI? hearing this all the time would get on my nerves, and I haven't been able to find a lot of SI kill sound mods, despite my filters.

@Ghost Recon Sniper That mod is obsolete cause the original tracer CI mod, that originally replaced L4D2 CI seperately, is gone and it won't work by itself.

Unfortunately, there was a separate overwatch killsound for the SI, but it was removed. I have no idea why, but that is my favourite sound.

There use to be a Tracer common infected mod back then, & this would of been a perfect pair.
