Dr. Manhattan Playermodel

Description
I was kinda disappointed I couldn't find a Dr. Manhattan playermodel anywhere so I decided to do it myself then I decided to upload it to the workshop too lol. Model used was from https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=379600136

It's kinda bad since this is my first addon
