Holt Town Nuclear Power Plant V2

This is the Renovated Version of the Holt Town Nuclear Power Plant from Kasi.

I was thinkin that it is really sad that the original one didnt work anymore cz the boilers exploded so I added the newest Nuclear safety standards from LCO INDUSTRIES to that plant.

It has following Features:
----------------------------------

-> Fixed Boilers, the Plant now works just fine again.
-> More Cool looking Cooling Tower (dont complain about it not being realistic its frikin Stormworks man)
-> Fences around the Plant to keep the russians out (no front but yea . . .)
-> Bigger Parking lot for all the new Workers.
-> added General small details
-> Emergency Cooling Hose plugs in the reactor basements to cool them in case of Emergency
-> Garage Doors for the Turbine halls, I mean what to do if a Generator breaks how do you want to replace them
without a big door ?
-> Realistic Meltdown (only for Block 1 cz lag reasons)
-> also I like turtles.

About the Realistic Meltdown function;

I suggest playing with low physics and having wind turned up to 0-5% for the best results.
Also to trigger the meltdown just pull the Control rods out all the way and wait, the show starts at 1450C°
For having a good time also make sure infinite fuel and electric is off. Also Turn player Damage off if you dont wanna die instantly :) Oh and unless you didnt notice, vehicle damage should be on.
