Yo. I'm not dead!

Alas.

Relatively quick mod to fix an issue that has been plaguing me for ages: when you equip a Repeater attachment, the muzzle flash effect still plays out of your gun's muzzle, instead of playing at the end of the suppressor itself.

This mod fixes that.

You can configure the offsets in the mod's XComOffset.ini file. By default, it includes configurations for all the vanilla weapons that need it, specifically:
  • Conventional and Magnetic Assault Rifles
  • Conventional and Magnetic Shotguns
  • Conventional and Magnetic Vektor Rifles
  • Conventional and Magnetic Bullpups
  • Magnetic Cannon

Also supports alternate repeaters from the [WOTC] Heavy Barrel Gun Attachments mod in the config file by default.

KNOWN ISSUES
  • Some weapons' ejection shell position depends on the position of the gun_fire socket itself. Given this mod moves said socket forward, the shells might come out from places they are not intended to. There's nothing I can do about it without reconfiguring all of the affected animations.

I assume this also applies to LW2 Suppressors?
gonna try it out.
