Secrets of Nagash - Unit Upgrades for the Vampire Counts and Vampire Coast

Description
Adds a unit upgrade mechanic comparable to the greenskin scrap upgrades to the Vampire Counts and Vampire Coast factions. The upgrades are not exclusive and either dark magic improvements or equipment related. The equipment related upgrades have higher initial cost but do not increase the upkeep of the units while dark magic increases it substantially. To compensate this all Bloodline awakenings and logistic ship buildings now also reduce upkeep of the entire force.

@Apex That was exactly what broke the whole list lmao. Thank you bro, you saved me hours of testing :heart_eyes_yeti:

@Phukface Have you got Mouldering Allies- Flesh lab upgrades for allied unites enabled? That breaks everything if you're not playing Throt

How would I check what else touches or replaces those unit keys and/or faction keys? I'll keep disabling mods until I find the culprit, it's confusing to me that it's happening at all when as far as I can tell none of what I have should be affecting that. Thank you guys for the help btw @Dirty Dan and @Apex

@Phukface the other thing to check for is if any faction mods add their own modded resources for custom upgrades
If a faction mod adds resources and upgrades to a specific faction, any other faction of the same race which doesn't have access to that custom resource won't have any upgrades show.
Example Mixu's LL adds a custom resource and upgrades for Zufbar, however as the rest of the dwarf factions don't get access to that resource it stops any upgrades from showing. Even from other mods

@Phukface the only reason i can think of right now why upgrades aren't showing is that one mod replaces the units of the vampire counts with carbon copies that behave the same but have a different unit key. I can't really tell from the list which one it could be and I don't know why this would be necessary in first place. The unit keys and faction keys are the only vanilla records that my mods reference and if for some reason the units you recruit ingame have different keys, the upgrades wouldn't show up anymore

Here's the full list I pull from, I've confirmed all together that they work but I typically only run mods associated with the faction I plan on playing but lately it's just been a lot of testing to see why scrap upgrades aren't showing as normal lol

Launched up without the expanded roster and it still wasn't showing :c

@Phukface could you try it once without expanded roster and see if it changes anything?
Phukface 14 Jun @ 1:43pm
I have the expanded roster mods as well but I didn't figure that would affect it since it just adds in units

I've been starting test campaigns with the vanilla factions to be sure, haven't played any modded factions yet, and for overhauls the only two I have are guvs beastman and the godslayer but I've launched without both of those and still no change. I figured the high res UI mod might affect it but I disabled that too and it was still wasn't showing
