A level made for the 2022 Ocean Exploration mod jam


Hat Kid detects a Time Piece hidden somewhere in an old pirate haven, but arrives to find that the place seems to be plagued by a peculiar curse. With help from resident seadog Captain Hooktooth, can she break the curse and take back her treasure?

Beautiful design. Cool new enemies and ally. However, I constantly felt lost and think I got on track by making jumps I shouldn't have been able to make.

I did it but this is unfair difficulty. Some of the obstacles are poorly designed, and while I'm not exactly against time limits they only work if the path is more intuitive. Also since the lighthouses remain lit even after dying then lighting them up should reset the clock. Obviously if I played this several times I could probably do it with 1 attempt but for first times this is impossible.

I liked it. I suck normally but this gave a nice challenge and didint feel impossible to do.

Didn't feel like the level had enough clues about what to do and where to go next. After the first lighthouse I didn't know how to get back fast enough and the time ran out

The premise is interesting and the platforming pretty challenging.

My only complain is that the respawn points (or whatever they're called) would sometimes fail and kick me back to the beginning of the particular lighhouse segment I was trying to clear.

Awesome level, very atmospheric. For the timed section I think it could be made a bit clearer that if you fail, you don't lose progress on the lighthouses you've already lit. That took me a bit.

Each lighthouse is supposed to remain lit if you die after lighting it, are you sure that's not what's happening?
