Description
The Rosie Tugship is a multipurpose towing ship that, along with seven different towable modules, can transport a variety of matériel across space using non-nuclear power technology. Each module has independent power for redundancy and, in the case of the habitat module, medical and life support. Because this is a space-only design, the maximum number of towed modules can be quite large. The ship and all modules have down-facing connectors for docking, loading, and/or unloading, and all have 5 (or more) small cargo containers for miscellaneous (or ancillary) storage. Modules are connected end-to-end via a connector and merge block, with a button panel on the bow-end for locking and unlocking these module components. (I recommend temporarily setting a module to "station" while aligning and locking to it with the tugship to prevent the module from floating away when bumped.)

The seven different towed modules are:
1. Habitat: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2863349227
Complete life support for 8 players, including a medical room and cryo chambers.
2. Power: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2863348280
12 batteries and 24 hydrogen engines for ancillary power and recharging the batteries; 2 large hydrogen tanks and 2 O2/H2 generators supply the hydrogen engines.
3. Tank: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2863347492
6 large hydrogen tanks and 4 oxygen tanks; 4 O2/H2 generators supply the tanks.
4. Cargo: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2863346728
6 large cargo containers.
5. Refinery: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2863345934
8 advanced refineries, each with 4 yield modules.
6. Assembler: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2863344484
8 advanced assemblers, each with 4 speed modules.
7. Defense: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2863343106
4 assault cannon turrets, 12 Gatling turrets, and 2 missile turrets. Four decoys on the ends of four pistons, when extended, serve to distract hostile forces until the defenses annihilate them, or die trying.

If in-game scripts is enabled in advanced settings, two programmable blocks are provided with the following scripts installed:
  - Isy's Simple Doors: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1751168996
  - MMaster's Automatic LCDs 2: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=822950976

Notes for Building with a Projector in Survival
(These instructions apply to the tug ship as well as all modules.)
1. Build a projector on a powered grid with 4 armor blocks minimum vertical clearance under the projector.
2. Load the blueprint into the projector; set the projector to "Keep Projection".
3. Build the blueprint.
4. When completed, grind away the connecting armor block under the projector, but leave the projector intact for future repairs.

Tweak away. Have fun with them.

I haven't tested in survival yet, but I suppose you could have more than one tug ship if your line of modules are getting too long.

This will most probable be my base setup in my single player world. Just going to tweak the toed modules (or barges, a plattform in each end with a helm to make docking easier. Maybe 12 small ion engines also so they can be moved around on their own.) a bit and add some more barges (landing platform for support crafts and maybe a mining barge comes to mind....)

heey Dude! No Problem! :)

Hey, thanks.

(I really thought I'd set the visibility of the modules correctly, but I was wrong. Thanks a lot for pointing out my error.)
Luzinga™ 25 Sep, 2022 @ 3:12pm
Thank you for your fast answer! Now the Modules work great an are all visible! Thank you! You do a geat work. Specially the "round" retro looking builds are awesome of you!
Spaceman Spiff  [author] 18 Sep, 2022 @ 11:52am
?? Really? I'll check them.
I set the visibility to "hidden" so they wouldn't spam the workshop, but maybe that setting is preventing you from accessing them. I've changed them all to "unlisted". Let me know if that works.

great job dude :D but the modules links not working.
