This is the fifth set containing 3 rowhouses from a much larger planned pack. More will be uploaded when they're ready.
Every rowhouse in this particular set is a 5m wide growable. Must be placed by hand if you want the wall-to-wall aesthetic, they will grow fully detached.

Models range from 1650 tris to 1243 tris. LODs range from 58 tris to 40 tris with 64x64 textures.
Assets are 1x3 high density residential
1024x512 diffuse, normal, spec, illumination, color
asset shares textures with other rowhouses assets, use Loading Screen Mod to enable texture sharing
each has 4 color variations, has a color map and can be painted with repaint mod
