KOPE-85 House Series (All versions)

I present to you, a pack of panel residential buildings of the KOPE-85 series. Residential buildings of this series were built in Moscow and the Moscow region, in the period from 1982 (modification of KOPE-80) to 2017 (in various modifications). This series of multi-section panel houses was developed by the Mosproject Design Institute. Architects: Rochegov A.G., Bylinkin N.P. Production began in 1980 at the Ochakov Reinforced Concrete Plant. The name of the series "KOPE" means catalog "layout space-planning elements", from which the building itself was built. At that time, such an approach to the formation of residential block sections from ready-made volumetric planning elements was completely new, which made it possible to provide for a wide variety of apartment layouts. At the same time, each separate set of space-planning elements was combined into layout standard residential sections (KTZHS), which, in fact, represent an individual architectural project.
This package includes both realized and unrealized sections, and consists of 20 buildings, including various sections, both ordinary (straight) and end sections. Buildings can be built close to each other, thus creating a single architectural ensemble. A wide selection of different sections is ideal for creating unique residential areas (blocks) in your cities!

Model Information
