Description
Changed items and skills to be how they were in warhammer 2 so you can increase your winds of magic over 100.

-Route Marcher from 5 to 10
-Restlessdead from 5 to 10
-Ever-Reaching Tendrils 5 to 10
-All Heros and Lords magical Reservers +15 ect
-Added Trait for Vlad -Regeneration
-Added Wall Settlements
-Added Infinite trait limit
-Added No supply lines
