Tester the Template Man

Tester the Template Man is a template character with many useful development tools and tutorials to make testing and creating characters easier, serving as another alternative to the likes of Sandbert and Guadua. You may edit, reference, copy and learn from Tester and all he has to offer!

• Jab: A generic 3-input jab.
  
• U-Tilt: A regular grounded uppercut.
  
• F-Tilt: Tester grabs the opponent in front of him. By pressing attack and holding a direction, Tester will throw the opponent away.
  
• D-Tilt: A slide kick that can be jump cancelled on hit.
  
• Dash Attack: An elbow bash forward. Can be cancelled into U-strong.
  
• U-Strong: Tester charges up and leaps into the air with a powerful headbutt. The longer you charge - the higher he goes.
  
• F-Strong: A charge attack that makes Tester release multiple explosions forward. The charge animation itself loops too.
  
• D-Strong: Tester will charge and release 2 shockwaves on his sides. The longer you charge - the more shockwaves he will release.
  
• N-Air: A pretty generic N-air with a twist - if Tester hits anyone with it, he will transition to the end of the move.
  
• U-Air: Releasing an energy blast above him, Tester can inflict a basic DoT (damage over Time) on his enemies. The status remains for 180 frames (3 seconds).
  
• F-Air: A multi-hitting, single input aerial that when hitting the second hit will bounce tester up for the final and strongest hit.
  
• D-Air: Tester stomps on his enemies in the air. The spark that appears underneath him is a sweetspot that spikes enemies to their doom.
  
• B-Air: By tapping / holding the attack button, Tester will either shoot back a small but relatively quick blast to slightly propel himself forward, or shoot back a slow and powerful explosion to fling himself forward and cover massive distance.
  
• N-Special: When holding down the special button, Tester will charge up, and on release he will shoot a blast with 3 different levels of charge - on the final level, level 3, the projectile becomes a slow but powerful multihitting projectile.
  If the parry button is pressed while charging, Tester will store the charge and roll if LEFT/RIGHT are pressed.
  
• U-Special: Tester will stop in the air and allow the player to choose a direction to fly to. If Tester goes into the ground he will bounce off.
  
• F-Special: Tester aims forward and throws out a rope to fly into terrain / enemies. This move can be aimed up or down too.
  
• D-Special: Tester places down an article that can be teleported to by inputting down and special again. The article can be hit up to 3 times to be destroyed.
