Inverse Ballistic Calculator Full

Description
Feature
A MC calculates the target rotation angle of pivots corresponding to inputted target position. You can use Forward Ballistic Calculator for applications where the inputs and outputs are reversed.

  • Available with Machine Gun, Light Autocannon, Rotary Autocannon, Heavy Autocannon, Battle Cannon, Artillery Cannon and Bertha Cannon
  • Numerically accurate correction of vehicle tilt by calculation with rotation matrices
  • Compensation for wind, vehicle velocity, target motion and barrel length
  • Pivot rotation control function (rotation limit, rotation speed)

Note
  • When values of number ch. 1, 2 or 3 of target data composite are non-zero, ballistic calculation is executed. The effect of the signal delay can be compensated for by inputting the delay time (tick) in number ch. 4 of target data composite.
  • Indirect fire is available with Battle Cannon, Artillery Cannon and Bertha Cannon. For other types of cannon, indirect fire is not available due to the short life time of projectile.
  • Accuracy may be severely decreased with larger guns due to the large amount of recoil. If sufficient accuracy cannot be achieved, consider reinforcing the vehicle body.

This MC is created by diverting Turret Rotation Controller.

Can you explain how you calculate for height difference?

It's really good for artillery uses, is it possible to add indirect fire for rocket launcher as well?

I still dont get how it predicts the motion of the target the explanation was very vague

How can I use this only with a laser rangefinder and a function to determine height. I would like to use this for an IFV

ok sick

When "Target Motion Prediction" item in the MC property is set to "Velocity", the velocity information is automatically calculated from the input coordinate data to predict the motion of target.

How would i compensate for target motion do i just feed it gps inputs from a radar and it calculates automaticly?
