This is BMF Part 1. Please use this mod only if you want all of the features of Tzaangor Herd, Slaangor Herd, Khorngor Herd, & Pestigor Herd. The individual mods will not function properly together to the same effect as this mod. So either choose one to use at a time or this mod.

Hello filth smeared subhumans I am Theakrus and Welcome to SCM's Beasts Most Foul Part 1 - Blessed-igor Mod.

This mod gives you every type of marked Gor, from the Blessed Herd Mods. God specific alignment character skills and 4 new minor Herdstone buildings. Included are the Mono-God Chaos Spawn variants! Please see breakdown of balancing details above.



Each god devoted unit is recruitable from the god-aligned minor Herdstone found in your Herdstone settlements at T3. Each Minor Herdstone will provide a small cap of marked Gor & Spawn for your recruitment at the Herdstone location along with other god specific faction effects. Melee Lords & Heroes have the ability to align with any 4 of the Chaos Gods or Chaos Undivided allowing you to increase the recruitment cap of the marked Gors & Spawn depending on your alignment choice. These skills also offer thematic abilities/attributes/stats to said Lord/Hero/Shaman. Shamans may align to all gods but Khorne and do not give you unit cap increases. They do however gain the passive magic trait from the chosen gods lore of magic. (These skills unlock at lvl 7)

All Blessed-gors scale with Bestigor Redlines & Tech. All Spawn scale with Spawn Redlines & Tech

For details on Monogod Faction redline/tech scaling & recruitment please see the individual mods.

(Nurgle recruitment for Ku'gath is hardcoded (datacored) behind ui_features_to_factions_tables beware)

The specific god aligned units are all recruitable by their patron gods faction via the pre-existing Herdstone defensive structures from the original mods. They are not and will not be recruitable by Daniel or WoC factions.

This mod is Part 1 of the BMF overhaul. The Tigermen of Ind, Snakemen of Khuresh, & Beastfiends will follow end of September (hopefully), please find us in the skeleton_crew section of Modders' Alley in Da Modding Den Discord for more information or questions.

I cannot make/add any AoS specific units (not detailed in warhammer fantasy)as it breaks the EULA.

Q: Will you make this mod compatible with X-Y-Z/make a sub mod for X-Y-Z?

A: No, this is the most annoying request for modders, please DO NOT ask for this, there are plenty of people who only do submods, please ask them.

Q: Why is this mod making my game crash?

A: Please uncheck and check all of your mods, if this mod works alone then it isn't crashing your game it is conflicting with another mod editing the same tables. I will not respond to vague "my game crash" posts (and they will be removed). Please find the mod conflict yourself in your mod pool first. This mod has been tested for 6-8 hours a day for the last week, it works.

Q: Can you add these units?

A: I rarely update my mods with new unit requests as I am constantly moving to and assisting other projects.

I love comments and feedback but with the volume of them all I ask is you read these descriptions before commenting, if your comment was deleted/ignored there is a 99% chance it was addressed in this description.

So it seems we will not be getting anymore variants for the Tzaangors in SoC 2.0, will be looking forward to when your get around to releasing an update, whenever you can

@Theakrus, unsure you are still supporting this mod but it does appear that the ability to dedicate generic lords and heroes to the different gods is not working

BTW I agree that Theak could've communicated a bit better (I've only heard sparse info through others), but @Gotta_Go_Fast, sorry bro - but NONE of this gives you any right to use expressions like "left it to rot" etc. and other forms of mean-spirited "reverse psychology" like stating a mod was "dead" etc. It's rude and frankly just plain childish.

if this was my mod I'd be very angry and very sad to read that just ONCE. EVER. Modders of tier 1 mods like this ALWAYS have good reasons - real life stuff happening, angry at CA for borking stuff without reason for the 3rd time within 5 weeks or whatever. I think he was moving houses too. Honestly, guys: to word things here like you'd care more about this mod than its original creator who spent hundreds if not thouands of hours of their life on this for you for free is IMHO just laughable.

Come on, show a little bit of manners, class and respect - will ya? <3
