Skarbrand Unnerfed

Description
Reverts some of the nerfs that Skarbrand's faction received after IE patch back to original values before patch. Note that I did not touch the bloodhost's movement bonus nerf.

Innate movement granted after razing a settlement via Skarbrand’s faction effect from 15% to 25%
Bonus movement range granted after razing a settlement via the Skull Throne ritual from 15% to 25%
Skarbrand’s innate post-battle movement bonus from +25% to +35%
The duration of the Skull Throne ritual is now 10 turns up from 5

Still Works, does not work with mods that target these buffs tho, so It does not work with SFO: Grimhammer lll

If possible could you do this but just for the Skull Throne duration?, I am fine with the other nerfs but don't like the skull throne not being constantly active.

The mod works, but if you're using any kind of increased campaign movement mod it will not work.
