habit to quality 3, it's pretty cool. every hit of dmg gives more charge
and i think the battery should be quality 4/3 depending on if it's quality 2 or not, because it allows you to store a second charge for an active item

what about Mr. ME! its just too good to be quality 3 like..it has 4 charges and lets you do shitton of stuff and if you get Habit you're basically free to steal from shops/devil deals as long as you have health

also rock bottom shouldn't be q4. it does nothing on its own - it requires other items to work.

imho, stitches should be even q2. its such an underrated item
