兼容版木精哨站叠叠乐woodelf outpost compatibility

这个MOD单纯给哨站增加了派系效果，为避免MOD冲突，保留原有效果，应该是跟其他MOD兼容的。

做了个MOD还原木精灵的哨站加成，可以继续叠叠乐了。
祭品庭院：
+2发展（派系范围）
+1%所有建筑收入（派系范围）
饲料丛林：
+5 每回合单位经验获取（所有军队）
+0.5% 所有远程单位远程杀伤（所有军队）
+0.5% 武器杀伤（所有军队）



This mod Only gives some factionwide effects to outposts.To avoid mods conflict, this mod retained original outpost effects. It should be compatibility.

I made this mod for outpost restoration, now we can make superposition like before.
Garrisons are retained.
