When doing the first challenges from the board by the the bait shop how do you know what gear is the best gear. I chose the Bass one and it asked that i go to a certain point on the map (jetty) and equip best bass gear...I've caught bass from that spot with different gear rod and reel setup but it will not give me the mission. Any ideas?

[] Putin stole my bike

The only place I know of, is at the dock/jetty start, on the wooden signs.

Lake Trout = Jigging (Grub and Shade etc)
Rainbow Trout = Spoon, spinnerbait, Jigging.
Gold Trout = Spoon, Spinnerbait
Pike = Spoon, Spinnerbait, Jerk, Swimbait
Bass = Spoon, Spinnerbait
Yellow Perch = Small spoon
Kokanee Salmon = Crankbait, Jerkbait, Grub

I think you can get any fist with any lure at this point.

Any chance you can put which lures work best for the species too? Or is all this information just taken from the game reference?
