Devoted Mauraders of Slaanesh Fixes

Fixes the issue that prevented the new Slaanesh Lords' red line skill from effecting the Devoted Marauders of Slaanesh. Also adds the Devoted Mauraders of Slaanesh as an upgrade option in the 'Warriors of Chaos' Warband mechanic. See images above for further clarity.



Adds an additional 'Chaos Warrior of Slaanesh' unit called "Warriors of Excess".


Rotate all Lords and Heroes in the character screen!

^ Removes the mutations from the Devoted Marauders, and adds weapons and animations to match.
