Hellblades for all Bloodletters

Saddened by the lack of Hellblades in Valkia's armies, I decided to make a quick, lightweight mod to rectify things.

What does this mod do?

It adds the Hellblades ability to Bloodletters and summoned Bloodletters. That's it. No other changes whatsoever.

Why?

Bloodletters wield Hellblades both in lore and tabletop. This is their trademark weapon and they are literally bound to their very being. Considering how squishy base Bloodletters can be, I felt that the added ability doesn't actually do much to make them OP. They die just as fast as before and their chances of activating the ability are quite low until they've been chewed up quite a bit themselves.

Compatibilty?

Everything. This mod contains just two lines from one DB. In theory, nothing should conflict with this mod at all.
