Enchanting Beauty

Inflicted melee attack impairment -5 → -8

Heartrender and the Black Sword

Melee Attack (debuff): -5 → -8
Melee Defence (debuff): -5 → -10

Is there any reason that this mod affects stats other than the ones stated in the description? For example, this mod is forcing Rival Hide Talisman to be -40, which while normal, is screwing up use of another mod, "Drink It." Is there any way to have this only affect the stated stats?
