Is something I always wanted to add to this game. 🤔
The idea behind this mod is to completely overhaul mechanics in this game.

What does this mod offer?
  • Engine swapping.
  • The ability to restore car wrecks.
  • Profession: Automobile Engineer
  • Hotwire removal.

F.A.Q

Does it work in Multiplayer?
Of course it does!

Does it work on existing saves?
Yes! Just activate it and have fun!

How do I modify car engines?
You will need the adequate level in the mechanics skill.
Engines can be removed from, and reinstalled in any vehicle.

How do I repair car wrecks?
You will need to read the magazine for the type of wreck you wish to repair.
Adequate levels in the mechanics, metalworking, and electricity skills, as well as some materials, are also required.

Is the mod compatible with [...]?
This mod shouldn't have any incompatibility with other mods.

so i see people saying the mod is unusable, its a bit broken from my experience. i uninstalled an engine and could not figure out how to put it back or in another car. after a bit i tried equipping it in primary and was able to put it back.

bonjour j ai un probleme avec braven comme je joue manette je ne peux pas utiliser les objet dans l inventaire comme fumer une cigarette je peux le selectioner mais je ne peux pas selectioner fumer

braven when playing split screen (she plays with controller) she cant access the menu that apears when you click on some item on the inventory (to drop, fix, place,etc) just so you know :)

When I uninstall engine from my car- there is no option to install it back.

love how he pumps out one cool mod after another and never fixes any when something is up.
at least half of them are unusable by now
