Original map "background story" by Fooy:
"This map is dedicated to all the MW2 haters who make me laugh.

We are in 2022 and you are still playing MW2, your favourite game of all time. You got bored of IW NET that sucks so much, as do all the people who moved on to black ops and made MW2 empty.
You can't live without this game. So you decided to change the past and make MW2 the best game ever made."

Your mission:
- Go back to 2009
- Destroy IW NET
- Make the DLC for MW2 Free
- Bring back a collector's copy of MW2 on pc
- Turn on the dedicated servers for MW2
- Destroy Robert Bowling

This is a 1:1 remastered version of the classic map Panic Center by Fooy.
It was a fantastic map for it's time, and I wanted to bring it into Bo3 for more people to enjoy.
It is a faithful remaster with very few alterations to the main map layout, though there have been some slight changes.
That being said there are many features I have added that were not in the original or that were cut from the finished release.

I did a lot of testing in split screen, so you should have no issues if you are looking to play that way.
I have not actively prevented mods from being used, however I didn't test a bunch of mods either.
Gun mods and things like that shouldn't be an issue, however some will interfere with the tab menu objective board and the no hud style from the original map.

NOTICE FOR STREAMERS/YOUTUBERS
All copyrighted music is on the music volume slider. The video in the theater is not copyrighted as far as I could find. Every youtube video had no claims on them and had been up for years, so you shouldn't have issues with it.
If it turns out someone has issues with it, I will move it to the music volume slider as well.

Random Powerup Drop(Has pity system. No more than 2 bad outcomes in a row)
H1N1 Virus(will slowly kill players, find the vaccine to cure all players)

Missing Original Features:
soldier ai - Unfortunately my maya student trial expired before I could make the animations not look like sleep paralysis demons. Maybe one day I will be able to update the map and add them in to make it 100% accurate.
Also because of the whole maya expiration, I was unable to fix the clip showing in the pullout of the blunderbuss.
I was unable to find a way to make the clip show during reloads if it's hidden by the weaponfile.

THE BUFFS
---------

There are many items across the map that can give the player buffs, some do come with side effects however.

Buffs don't "stack" in the terms of grabbing multiple speed boosts do not combine, you just gain the buff from the last item used.

You can boost as many of your stats at once, just keep in mind side effects and current buffs.

You can buff your health, move speed, sprint duration, jump height, and even obtain god mode.


THE SIDE EFFECTS

Some buffs will mention a side effect of taking them, these side effects can be healed with medication.
Some side effects can be ignored while others can kill you.

Gas- as simple as it sounds.

Berserk Vision - Dark Red Vision

Addiction - Player slowly takes damage until more painkillers are taken or until side effect is cured.


CURING SIDE EFFECTS & RESETTING STATS

All side effects can be healed in the pharmacy with medicine.
The hint string informs the player "Hold To Cure Side Effects."

There is another medicine that will reset all your stats back to default.
The hint string informs the player "Hold To Reset Stats."
