President (scripted)

Welcome to President!
This is a script that makes playing President (the card game) on Tabletop Simulator a lot easier.

This script assumes that you already know how to play President. If not, you can read up here[en.m.wikipedia.org].

Before the game starts, the host can adjust settings with the button in the bottom-right corner.
Once all players are seated and ready, click on "New Game" to start.
The game then automatically spawns the right number of cards, shuffles them, and deals them to all players. A random player is picked to play the first card(s).
When a player has won a trick, they can click on the "Remove cards" button in front of them, which will remove all cards that are lying on the table, so that they can start the next trick.
After all players (or all but one player) have gotten rid of their cards, the round is over, and the player's ranks are displayed in front of them.
You can then click on "New Round" to start another round.
After card dealing, each upper-ranked player (i.e. the presidents) will see a menu which they can use to request cards from (and then give cards to) the according lower-ranked player.
Once this is done for all presidents, the next round will start, and the Scum (lowest rank player) will be the first one to move.
