Description
Using the mod is recommended on a new game, can cause stacking climate debuffs on already existing saves.

This mod changes climate suitability for Tomb King factions.

Khemri, Followers of Nagash, Court of Lybaras:

Mountain - Unsuitable -> Suitable

Exiles of Nehek:

Frozen - Unsuitable -> Suitable

@Pride_wolferscorp Minor factions should to my knowledge use the same climate pool as Khemri.

@Lemonz I'm not inherently against that, but I feel like it does make sense that the mountain towns would be less prosperous and be harder to develop than the more populous lowlands.

Can you do one for Cathay that makes Mountains suitable?
There's a lot of mountains in Cathay, it doesn't really make sense that Cathay aren't suitable to their own nation
