Demo Updated Short Barrel m500a


This time it is Demo short barrel m500a shotgun wich gets some update
tweaks,I know there are more detailed model replacements available
for this weapon but I like to stick with the default,slightly lower
poly style of the game for reasons,and I'm sure i'm not the only one.

I noticed the peewee mesh had the barrel even shorter than the actual
v_model (took me a while to figure out lol) and I adjusted it accordingly
so both models have the same barrel lenght now.I also fixed the action
bars of the pump,althought you could only notice that by slowing down
time using the host_timescale command.

But here's a more complete list of what whas changed:

-proper support for new hands
-model has proper smoothing groups
-barrel lenght is now the same for both firstperson and world
model (the shorter lenght was picked)
-muzzleflash attachment bone has been tweaked a bit
-the custom fire sound Demo provided was removed,it didn't fit IMO
-matching VGUI icon
-collision mesh of the peewee model has been fixed (it wasn't right
for me)


As usual,if you find anything wrong please comment about it,I'll try
to fix it.

The model has been updated with the improvements from the default 500a
overhaul,well it's still literally the same thing with just a shorter
barrel.You can subscribe to both submissions if you want,but if you do
so make sure you only activate one skin at a time,since they replace
the same model.

The unsynchronized ammocheck sounds have been fixed.
The peewee model smoothing has been fixed.

No offence whatsoever.

If you know how to make custom compils the process is the same as before but even
a bit easier since you only have to work on the weapon/item itself,all the arms are now
separated as their own models elsewhere and linked within the QC script included in
each said weapons/items you wanna work on (that was if you needed a touch of
motivation to go back to compiling or get started).

I'm sorry,I only work on things that interest me.

How hard is it to do these c_arms updates? I am only asking as a sort of request. The weapons from tigg and ported over to the workshop are my favourite among many, particularly the M16 (Carry handle) and his Glock 17. Could you possibly update those to have c_arms? I of course only ask if you could. If I am overstepping some boundaries my bad.
