Doom 3 Super Shotgun Sound Fix

Description
Fixes the Doom 3 SSG's poorly timed sound effects, hooray!
If this mod doesn't work, uninstall and then reinstall this mod.
All credit goes to ID Software and Upset.

Update: Everytime Gmod is reopened, at least for me, this mod fails to work until it is reinstalled. If anyone knows a way this can be fixed let me know.

People seem to have luck Re-uploading stuff, I'd try it out, maybe even edit it now to make it a one to one representation of the character in game. I'd make the current one 3D land Bowser since it looks most similar to that one, so give him the abilities of that Bowser, then we can tackle the other Bowser seen in the series!

WARNING! Carry on reading! Or you will die, even if you only looked at the word warning! Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad.
