Version 0.9
Work in progress. Now finished ~95%

This map was split into smaller maps:
Zagorsk Big City
Zagorsk Big Lakes
Zagorsk Quarries
Zagorsk Khotkovo
Zagorsk Long Lake
Zagorsk Countryside
Zagorsk Trud

Map is big and heavy! If ARMA is not installed on SSD you have to wait for about 6 minutes to open it. From SSD about 3 min.

Zagorsk has more than 650 villages, 6 big cities, 2 field airports, 2 pumped-storage hydroelectric power stations, 8 big lakes, railway, a lot of factories, barns and warehouses.
The buildings from Apex, Contact, Rosche are used. Xin_ponds are used for lakes.

Terrain is still work in progress. Now is missing (in progress):
- railway
- power lines
- sidewalks
- playgrounds and sports grounds
- road signs
- some trees, bushes.

Map size is 40x40 km

Cell size 5
About 14 million objects
Terrain class name: zagor_zagorsk

RHSTERRACORE, CUP Terrains - Core

RoadMap
1. Complete the railway
2. Add power lines
3. Add road signs
4. Add sidewalks, playgrounds and sports grounds
5. Optimize map
6. Cut map to some small pieces and save them as a new maps
7. Sharing source map project


Performance
GPU - Radeon RX570 Series 8 Gb, CPU - Intel Core I5-8400, RAM - 32 Gb, Arma settings - Ultra (ViewDistance - 4 km) => FPS: Big City - 20, Forest - 27


PS: The map was built on a snapshot of the real area, but completely redone. Any resemblance to real objects or names is purely coincidental

I really would love to play antistasi with this map.

hi I was playing with a tactical map mod on phone and I noticed that zagorsk (and all the other zagorsk maps) did not work with it and I was wondering if it was possible to make it compatible. (the mod in question https://steamproxy.net/workshop/filedetails/?id=2262009445)

Comrade, I am using these 3 Workshop mods at the same time and now have have 60 FPS even with EXTREME settings

Under video settings, there is a TARGET FPS. I have this set at 60.

Save it, then load your map and run around. Even with Lushify mod loaded, which increases TREE and BUSH sizes, I get 60 FPS. With AI I think I can keep ~ 30 FPs which is very good with ULTRA textures.

Set OBJECTS to LOW, SHADOWS TO LOW, AA OFF and lower object draw distance. Runs fine even with textures on ULTRA.I hope you will continue to update this map.

Regarding the grass - i will try to reduce the height.

@Stealth'23, Unfortunately, this map has become a museum exhibit. It is very heavy and the ARMA-engine can no longer handle it.
I suggest using small parts of this map.

askanio1, Will there be more separate small maps from the big one and what section should we expect next? And I would like to ask your attention to point out that despite the grass being fixed, it is still too high - from a prone position you can’t see where to shoot, while the bots can see perfectly.

Everytime I try to get into the map the game won't respond unlike other maps

@Stealth'23, this map is not optimized. Flashlights greatly reduce FPS at night, for example. But small maps of this map are optimized.
