Description
Decorative Pack

Textures and materials are shared across all Midway components. Miami base station structure has a separate texture that's about 1.3MB.

The Amtrak Standard Stations Program was an effort by Amtrak to create a standardized station design. The railroad launched the effort in 1978 to reduce costs, speed construction, and improve its corporate image.

When Amtrak was founded in 1971, it had no facilities beyond the station buildings and depots inherited from its constituent railroads. Many were in disrepair. Additionally, existing grand terminals in many large cities were larger than Amtrak needed and were expensive to retain. These reasons and others prompted the effort to provide those locations with more modern and appropriately sized facilities.

The station structures were intended to be functional, flexible, and cost-efficient.With spikes in ridership during the 1970s due to oil shortages, there was a perceived potential for permanent ridership gains. Therefore, Amtrak designed the stations to be easily expanded.

Five initial standard station design models were presented with varying ideal sizes and intended capacities. This variant is called 300A, and it is the largest variant of Amtrak Standard Stations project, also known as "Amshack".

Thank you for this! I used it to cover an area at the edge of the map where tons of tourists always gather to wait for intercity trains. Now they look like normal people waiting at a station instead of a wandering horde. It's the little things.

Ah, this is the modular station you mentioned. Very nice. this is useful for more then one platfrom set.

If you decide to do some NA freight trains, maybe contact ScarecrowOu812, as he already has several fairly modern diesels and couple caol and piggyback cars done. Would just need to do up some general freight cars and set them up as an actual train.

Question: Can you make some freight trains like tier 4 GEVO freight trains?
