Speed crash solution!

my addon changes the server disconnection value client part, the player after only 10 seconds will be properly disconnected from the server if it does not respond anymore.

this allows to disconnect the players rather than waiting for more than 300 seconds on a server that does not answer..

it's true about the convar cl_timeout but not sv_timeout :lunar2019piginablanket:

is that just a lua that changes the sv_timeout & cl_timeout convar?
