Remove Royal Court

Description
Simple change that disables the Royal Court while being compatible with the other features of the Royal Court DLC like Culture Hybrids.

Should note that without the Royal Court enabled you will be unable to get inspired Artifact crafter dudes.

Compatibility:
This is a really simple change, and probably only works if no other mods are editing the government files.

Essentially this mod just edits the Government files and changes "royal_court" to "no" for everything.

Does this mod work with the current version of the game?

I really want to buy Royal Court just for the culture features, but I have no interest for the rest of the DLC, and this is probably the only mod I can find so far that fits my dilemma.

I can confirm the update have fixed the issue, that removed the whole 'Succession Law' option in 1.9.x :steamthumbsup:

I really have enjoyed your mod that removes the annoying Court room. :steamhappy:
But after the 1.9.0.x update, the mod strangely removes the whole 'Succession Law' option under Realm > Succession. :steamsad:
I have tested this with 'Remove Royal Court' mod as the only mod enabled/disabled. And with the new DLC enabled/disabled.
So it seems that the new update have changed some mechanics?

xD I assume -something- on my end has to be different. Oh well, I'm knee deep in this new game now anyway but I'll give it another try sometime.
