I really want to buy Royal Court just for the culture features, but I have no interest for the rest of the DLC, and this is probably the only mod I can find so far that fits my dilemma.
I can confirm the update have fixed the issue, that removed the whole 'Succession Law' option in 1.9.x

But after the 1.9.0.x update, the mod strangely removes the whole 'Succession Law' option under Realm > Succession.
I have tested this with 'Remove Royal Court' mod as the only mod enabled/disabled. And with the new DLC enabled/disabled.
So it seems that the new update have changed some mechanics?
