Rechargeable Mantle
This is a passive that appears in the Shop and Battery Bum pools.
It provides a shield that can be recharged with batteries.
It can be upgraded 3 times with mega batteries.
It also has synergies with Battery Bum items.

Makeshift Mantle
This is a passive that appears in the Shop, Key Master, and Bomb Bum pools.
It provides a shield that can be refilled with up to 2 keys and up to 2 bombs.
Each hit will target either the bomb half of the shield or the key half of the shield.
A hit will only hurt if the part of the shield it targets is empty.


Golem
Golem has 6 soul hearts and cannot gain health, and it has a 10% chance to replace normal batteries with mega batteries when they spawn.
It starts with Rechargeable Mantle, a random tech item, and Old Capacitor.
Its Birthright spawns a Battery Bum at the start of each floor, gives it a random Battery Bum item, and gives a large upgrade to its Rechargeable Mantle.
Golem starts with good items, but its only form of health is batteries, which aren't very common, and its hearts can be chipped away permanently over time.

Tainted Golem
Tainted Golem has 6 black hearts and cannot gain health, and it has Dr. Fetus whenever its bomb shield is full and a pocket Dad's Key whenever its key shield is full.
it starts with Makeshift Mantle and Pyromaniac.
Its Birthright prevents it from losing Dr. Fetus and Dad's Key when it gets hit and spawns a Bomb Bum and a Key Master at the start of each floor.
Tainted Golem is a very strong character that usually only uses bombs and keys as health instead of using them normally, but your run and your character can begin to fall apart when you get hit.
