I did think a group of shadowy ghouls was cool but unrealistic as they would have turned feral like all the other chapters had or not at all like the shi,
and so the yu clique was just generic Chinese military clique with no ideology or anything special, it was a dead end.
I played fallout 3 which introduced Chinese sympathizers and it was expanded upon in fallout 76 and thought using them as the basis for the story would be cooler with using the real life communist organizations as inspiration.
