1. Right click on desktop.
2. Click on "NVIDIA Control Panel".
3. On the left side under "3D Settings" click on "Manage 3D Settings".
4. Click on the "Program Settings" tab.
5. Click "Add".
6. Find "EDF41.exe" or "EDF5.exe". click on the one you want and click "Add Selected Programs".
7. Find "Max Frame Rate" under "Feature", Click the drop down beside it set it to 60.
8. Find "Vertical Sync" under "Feature", and set it to "Off". BuenEloy Pointed out this is not needed. Thanks.

Yeah, it works without 8 step, helps with loading times in EDF 4.1 (from 30 seconds to just 5, texture pop in is greatly improved too)

Step 8 is not needed, I've tested.
Without vertical sync, it can be noticed when you moves the mouse quick. Basically, all the time.

Worked for my 3060 Ti! Load screens would take at least a minute...now it's just seconds.

This actually helped me find how to set which graphics card is used when playing the game. Which fixed my random freezing bugs in both EDF 4.1 and 5. So thank you a lot for that.

Just tested it, and for some reason this works... turned my 1-3 minute long loading times into 10 seconds. Just... why...
