What is This?

This mod is basically the same as the Tool Menu V2 mod:

But with the problem with Invalid Order Function and favorites randomly changes between game sessions fixed.
Please give all credits related to the Tool Menu itself to the creators accordingly.

Caveat with the fix
The order of the tools may appear different than the original as I changed the way sorting works (due to the Invalid Order Function error)

there was a problem with the tool menu mod that favorites are corrupted, now, I think the Tool Menu V2 mod still has this problem? But the original Tool Menu mod has this fixed
