I've reworked the blueprint. If you don't like it I'll change it back.

You can't place plant grow lights because the ceiling tiles are "wall" shape blocks that also serve as floor tiles for the upper floor. So I'm afraid there is no way to use growing plots in this base without expanding the size of the base.
As I always like to modify my creations I'll try to create a version that has reserved space for a few growing plots.

This is a great base. I didn't put it on water, so I have this big downstairs area. Is there any way to put plant grow lights under there? For some reason I can't place them under there.
