Rift exploration puzzles Teakons as much as the idea of sending one big ship when you can send many. The CVAN Saphira addresses those claims by acting as a battlecruiser-sized battlestar, which barely qualifies as a destroyer to other factions. With 5.3kt to spare, some thrusters and engines can be added, though she runs adequately fast with very fierce endurance. The ring is to be equipped with point defense, while the hull, made of serrated stone upon reflectors, is made to parry electric attacks and, partially, other energy attacks, giving that ship a lot of staying power for "only" 20.8k hull. The Saphira also has powerful (67.4k) shields, a small cargo hold, nine docks, teaching rooms, an auxiliary nuclear reactor in case the solar millefeuille fails, a frontal cutting ram, and in combat can throw in addition to everything including the kitchen sink, torpedoes (with four shafts) and a squadron of fighters, making her the most terrifying opponent the TKC can ever muster in the Trinium Reaches.
