Adds an eraser to the pencil using the new tag added in 41.69

The code was posted on the forums, but no one uploaded the mod - so here it is :-)

- note that this functionality is included in the 4 color BIC pen mod
- so if you use that mod you don't need this one
- i just posted this for those that just want the pencil to have an eraser
- since i personally modified the BIC pen mod so i could have just that feature before TIS added the new tags
- but obviously didn't post it since that code belonged to the author of that mod
- but since TIS have added this new tag and posted the exact code to do it, this is now pretty much public domain
