Better Call Saul intro replaces Valve intro

Replaces the Valve intro with the Better Call Saul intro from Season 1 Episode 1.

Just subscribing to this add-on won't change anything as workshop mods load after the intro, you'll need to extract the "valve.bik" file using gcfscape (or another program that can modify vpk files) and replace the intro with it in steamapps > common > Left 4 Dead 2 > left4dead2 > media
I recommend backing up the original intro should you ever want to go back to it.
