Description
The year is 2103. The United States of America is in yet another Cold War, a tense arms & technological race against the New People's Republic of West Taiwan going on for the last 21 years.

As an attempt to gain an edge over its enemy, the US has employed several private companies to develop new weapons, one of these companies being Umbrella, a biopharmaceutical king with facilities all over the country. With full support of the government, Umbrella started working on bio-weapons to be deployed overseas in case of the war going hot. One of those weapons, the Zedvirus (also known as Z-Virus) was showing a lot of potential.

No one knows for sure what happened-- some say it was an accident, others say it was sabotage, others say it was on purpose as a way to test the virus. What is known for sure is that, somehow, the Z-Virus leaked from Umbrella's Charlie Facility, located in the Eastern Commonwealth [Connecticut Enclave], and spread from the Megacity of Hartford as far as the Deep South Commonwealth's 'Neo Savannah Megacomplex City'. Umbrella deployed the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service (U.B.C.S.) in order to aid the United States Military and police forces to maintain order and contain the virus, but to no avail.

Fight for survival in this cyberpunk setting as one of eight survivors from the affected areas. Only the strongest will be able to overcome the Bio Organic Weapons that are causing chaos all around!

Infection: 2103 is a mod collection intended to transform your Left 4 Dead 2 into a first person cyberpunk zombie slaughterhouse. Each and every mod in this collection has been handpicked by yours truly in order to fully embrace the aesthetic & cheesy nature of its lore. Heavily inspired by Ghost in the Shell, Cyberpunk 2077, Deus Ex, Blade Runner and cheesy sci-fi action movies from the 80s and 90s.

[Some mods in this collection may require manual installation, specially voice packs and background menus. Pay close attention to each item you're about to download. Other audio mods such as infected sounds and soundtracks may require for you to rebuild & update your audio cache.]
