Subscribing alone to the mod won't work you have to manually install it

How to install:
1- Subscribe to the mod, run the game and let the mod download after that close the game
2-Download GCFScape [nemstools.github.io] if you haven't already
3-Go to the Left 4 Dead 2 folder and find left4dead2/addons/workshop and find the addon which is a vpk with the same file name as the thumbnail
4-After you find the addon open it's vpk file using GCFScape
5-Drag l4d2_intro.bik to left4dead2/media and you're done
