MWR Multiplayer Hands - L4D2 Survivor Viewmodels

This is an addon ported from GMOD, the original work being from user hörjenger;).

It uses first person viewmodels from Modern Warfare Remastered and replaces the preexisting viewmodels for the L4D2 crew. If there's enough support I can add third person models ripped from MWR to complement them. Other than that, enjoy!
