Two-way narrow shared bike/car lane with space for parking on the right parallel to traffic

This is a bike variant of a blank road, based on the original Blank Roads Collections.

Are those brick decals default in game or where could we find them?

They're made using IMT's Prop Line
one side has a decal colored in red and the other side has one colored blue

I'm trying to figure out Dutch-style roads. How do you get two different bricks on two parts of the road like on the screenshot?
